G8 Education English Teachers’ Training

Date: November 15, 2018
Venue: Wigglepods

Music in the early childhood classroom stimulates delight in children’s learning as they develop and grow. Paired with free movement, children are allowed space to develop self-awareness, learn non-verbal ways of communicating and to get to know themselves and their body.

Music and movement has been proven to be vital in the preschool classroom. We were so delighted to share some ideas with the English teachers from G8 Education. The teachers were fun-loving and so opened to new ideas. We had so much fun exploring props and instruments, singing and grooving to the music and learning about how to incorporate the different concepts into the early childhood classroom.
